Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based out of Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson and yes, I love to travel! A location that is further than 15 miles from JBER requires a travel fee of $50, 60¢/mile, and any toll coverage. A location that is further than 30 miles from JBER requires a travel fee of $100, 60¢/mile, and any toll coverage. For locations that are 50 miles or more from JBER, please message me. For Central PA clients, please send me a message for my travel dates.
When will we get our photos?
You'll receive an online gallery link with your photos within maximum 4 weeks (usually much less) . You can download your gallery to easily share with friends and family and order prints from a vendor of your choice. Need your images sooner than 4 weeks? Please feel free to send me a message for rush services and fees.
Will we need to pose?
It's totally up to you! I love to capture candid moments, but if you would like me to help guide the session, I would be more than happy to help with that!
Can my dog(s) come?
Of course, as long as the location allows it! Feel free to bring treats to help them focus!
Can I have a session in my home?
Absolutely! Cozy in-home sessions are fun and capture the real day-to-day of our lives. For best photos, lots of natural light is encouraged so lets open up those blinds and curtains!
Can I purchase additional images?
Yes! In addition to the number of included images in your selected package, you will have the option to purchase additional images or you can buy the entire gallery at a discounted rate.
When do I pay?
The full session fee for the Bronze Package, Silver Package, and any seasonal mini sessions is due at the time of booking. I require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee at the time of booking (contract signing) for Gold and Platinum packages. Your retainer fee holds your session date. The remaining balance for Gold and Platinum packages is due 72 hours prior to your session.
How do I pay?
I'm happy to offer a variety of payment options at checkout. I accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, PayPal, Affirm, and Klarna.
I'm also open to bartering for services! If you own a business or offer a service you'd like to trade for a photography session, I'd love to hear your idea. While I can't guarantee every proposal will be a good fit, I'm always happy to consider mutually beneficial exchanges.
What should I wear?
I always suggest neutrals! Creams, tans, beiges and browns all photograph really well and look great on all skin tones. Instead of matching everyone in the same outfit, try to mix it up with similar colors but different fabrics. Try to avoid clothing with small patterns and clothing that shows undergarments (bras, pantylines, etc.) Most importantly, wear what makes you comfortable! Your session won't be fun if you feel like you're constantly having to adjust too tight clothing. Please remove any Apple Watches; take your phones out of your pockets, remove sunglasses, and remove your baseball caps (dads, I'm talking to you!) What about permits?
Some locations do require commercial photography permits. The price of a permit is the responsibility of the client and will be added onto the invoice of a session.
